Laird Technologies needed to deploy a customized year-end compensation administration tool globally to 39 sites in 13 countries and we only a two and a half months to pull it off.  We contacted several companies including Laserbeam. The solution that Laserbeam delivered worked very well and was designed, built, tested and deployed at a very fast pace because of our tight timeline. Laserbeam’s team participated in regular status meetings to ensure we got what we needed. They also provided invaluable support throughout the year-end cycle. They were completely dedicated to our success and they spent the time necessary to make sure we were supported. The entire project was delivered on time and for a very reasonable cost. In my opinion, you will not find a more knowledgeable, dedicated or agile compensation software shop than Laserbeam. I would feel very comfortable putting them up against anyone else out there. You simply will not get the same level of flexibility, value or speed to market from anyone else in the business.
