  From the beginning LaserBeam sought to fully understand our compensation program down to the very complicated "Seniority Pay" piece.  Pat Elliot, on of their contract people met with us and was able to interpret our lengthy and complicated explanation.  Not only did she put it down on a RFD but at times her and Pat Durall understood it better than we did.  They asked the proper questions so that they could fully comprehend the extent of what we were trying to accomplish.  They held weekly teleconference meetings with us so that we were always on course and there was never a time when we couldn't call them for a quick explanation of the new program, especially while in testing phase.  Their main goal was to modify their compensation software to our specifications and they definitely succeeded.  On a day-to-day basis they were personable, always available and most accommodating.  As the process went along we were amazed at how well they understood our process even though there were times I'm sure we got them confused.  Pat Durall, Pat Elliott and Naveen (IT in India) were the BEST!

Laird Technologies needed to deploy a customized year-end compensation administration tool globally to 39 sites in 13 countries and we only a two and a half months to pull it off.  We contacted several companies including Laserbeam.
