Implementation

    Unlike most software vendors, we have years of direct experience both in the run-up phases of software delivery, but on the back-end support for large-scale implementations. The road to successful implementations is littered with the bleached bones of mistakes we've made along the way. So to that end, we've developed our own hard-won methodology designed to enable a successful end-to-end experience.

   We can work within your existing framework. Whether you prefer to manage the overall project yourself or engage us to do it for you, we will define roles up front to avoid ambiguity. In all cases, we provide project management oversight to our internal work effort to insure timely and regular reporting on status.

 Thorough testing is the key to the success of any product delivery. We use standard, formal methodologies for providing solid QA testing to each component, followed by full integration testing before delivering to you for acceptance.
Traceability to the original requirements is an inherent component of our methodology. This is one of the reasons that we emphasize complete and accurate documentation at the beginning of the project. For more on this, see our Testing and QA paper.

 Few business applications can stand on their own. We understand that anything we build must work seamlessly with other applications. We have a wealth of experience with integration with upstream and downstream applications, insuring that we design with the end in mind.
